Terms of service

Revision of July 28, 2026

This document is a public offer. It sets out the terms on which regzone (the site regzone.pro) provides domain name registration and management and the related services listed on the site. Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. General

By placing an order you accept these terms in the revision in force at that moment. The date of the current revision is shown at the top of this page, and the revision applied to a particular order is stored together with that order. The services are intended for persons entitled to enter into contracts on their own behalf.

2. Services

We register, renew, transfer and restore domain names, and provide related services. The current list of services, their scope and their prices are published on the site and apply as published at the moment an order is placed; the list may change. Availability of a particular domain zone, its terms, and the owner data it requires are set by the rules of that zone’s registry.

3. Account

Ordering requires an account with a verified email address. You provide accurate data and keep it up to date: this is the data submitted as the domain owner’s details, and an error in it can lead to a refused registration or to losing rights to the domain. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site; the final amount is fixed when the order is placed and is never changed retroactively. Charges are made in Russian rubles. You can pay from your account balance or by the methods available on the site; a payment provider may add its own fee on top of the order amount — that fee is shown on the payment page before you confirm. The service is provided once payment is confirmed.

5. When a service counts as delivered

A service counts as delivered: for a domain name — when the registration, renewal, transfer or restoration is recorded in the domain zone’s registry; for every other service — when it has actually been provided (a certificate issued, a service activated). Domain registration and renewal periods are set by the rules of the zone and cannot be changed by us unilaterally.

6. Refunds

Domain registration, renewal, transfer and restoration are non-refundable once delivered: the corresponding payment goes to the zone’s registry and is not recoverable from there. That is the zone’s rule rather than our decision, so please check the spelling and the term before paying. If a service is paid for but not delivered, the amount is returned to your account balance in full. An unspent balance is refunded on request to support@regzone.pro, to the account the payment came from, within ten business days.

7. Rights and obligations

You undertake to use the services in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the domain zones, and not to use domains for phishing, malware distribution, spam or other abuse. We undertake to provide the services properly, to report order status, to warn you ahead of a renewal date, and to answer support requests. Where abuse is confirmed we may suspend a domain in its entirety — how such reports are handled is described on the contacts page.

8. Liability

We are not liable for decisions of domain registries, including a refused registration or a withdrawn delegation; for failures or restrictions on the part of third parties (payment providers, certificate authorities, network operators); or for the content of sites and services customers host on their domains. Our liability is limited to the price of the paid service the claim concerns.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. To register a domain in certain zones, the owner’s data is transferred to accredited registrars and to those zones’ registries, including outside the Russian Federation: registration in those zones is impossible without that transfer.

10. Claims and disputes

Disputes are first addressed out of court. A claim is sent to support@regzone.pro and is considered within thirty calendar days of receipt; consumer demands are considered within the periods set by law. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in court under the jurisdiction rules of the applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The revision in force and its date are always published on this page. An order that has already been placed remains governed by the revision in force at the time it was placed — that revision is stored with the order, so a change to these terms cannot retroactively alter your order. Continuing to use the services after a new revision is published means you accept it.

12. Contacts

Support for anything, including cancellation and refunds: support@regzone.pro. Abuse reports: abuse@regzone.pro.
