"Provider" — [company name, taxpayer ID, registration number]. "Customer" — the person who placed the order. "Services" — registration/renewal/transfer of domains and related services.

The Provider renders services to the Customer for selecting and placing an order; the list, scope, and price of the services are shown on the site at the time of ordering.

To place an order, the Customer creates an account and provides accurate contact and registration data required for domain registration.

Prices are shown on the site. The final amount is fixed at checkout. Payment is made via the methods available on the site. Services are rendered after payment is confirmed.

The Customer agrees to comply with registrar rules and applicable law. The Provider agrees to render the services properly and to keep the Customer informed of the order status.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. For domains in certain zones, data may be transferred to the registrar, including cross-border, with the data subject's consent.

The parties are liable in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation. The Provider is not responsible for decisions of registration authorities or failures on the part of third parties.
